Arkansas lawmakers propose $300M West Memphis investment for ‘super project’

WEST MEMPHIS, Ark. (WMC) - Arkansas legislators are debating how best to invest $300M in economic incentives to develop a non-data center “super project” in West Memphis.
According to section 8 and 9 of Arkansas’ Revenue Stabilization Law, there are two provisions this year that would allocate a sum no greater than $150M each for economic development and infrastructure improvement.
